Tailoring is fundamental for all adventurers who wear light and medium armour. A tailor has the skill to craft functional pieces that provide the wearer added protection and sometimes bonus's to their stats. These pieces range from the most common cloth to the finest Elven silk. As a tailor progresses and becomes more skilled they are able to design beautiful clothing and accessories to compliment every kind of adventurer.

Tailor's need Boiled Leathers from Foresters in order to craft their armours. Boiled Leathers are tanned from different sized Hides, which come from different animals around Middle-earth. If you have a friend who can tailor then remember to save your hides during your adventures as you may be rewarded with a new fine looking set of armour!
