Upgrading from Shadows Over Angmar to Mines of Moria

I know that at least Argothir owns SoA but not currently MoM, so I thought it would be useful to leave a quick link as to how to upgrade.

Obviously if you own the Mines Of Moria boxset and have not yet installed/played the game, then you'll be glad to know Shadows Over Angmar comes with it, so just install Disc 1, then Disc 2.
