Officers & Elder Neránians

As some of you will have probably noticed, we currently have 2 Officers in The Neránians:

Argothir
&
Greylock

It is my intention to eventually have 4 Officers and 2 Elder Neránians (most senior officers)

The way I am looking to expand is thus:

Officer Slot 1: Filled (Argothir)
Officer Slot 2: Filled (Greylock)
Officer Slot 3: OPEN (Due to Rederic's resignation)
Officer Slot 4: OPEN. Once the Kinship reaches Rank 7, I'll be asking people to vote for who they would like as the fourth Officer. Any Member of Gray Watch or Green Watch is eligable.

Elder Neránians Slot 1: OPEN, Will be voted upon once the Kinship reaches Rank 9. An Elder is selected from one of the 4 Officers only; a 'promotion'. A second vote will be called to decide who fills the new vacant Officer slot.

Elder Neránians Slot 2: OPEN, Will be voted upon once the Kinship reaches Rank 10. An Elder is selected from one of the 4 Officers only; a 'promotion'. A second vote will be called to decide who fills the new vacant Officer slot.

And we have an update, Rederic is now also an Officer, and well-deserved too; the site looks awesome!
