About the Weaponsmithing Profession

The Neránian HEAD WEAPONSMITH is:

As the name would suggest, the Weaponsmith is the primary source of melee weapons. Swords, daggers, and axes of all varieties are the Weaponsmith's purview, ranging from bronze training gear to mighty weapons of ancient design and great renown.

Associated Vocations: Armsman, Historian


Required Tools

* Smithing Hammer (e.g., Bronze Smithing Hammer)
* Forge
* Superior Forge (for Artisan and Master tiers, found in Thorin's Hall)



Materials

A Weaponsmith requires metal ingots, polished gems or gem shards, and other materials in order to produce fine-crafted weapons.

* Ingots are produced by a Prospector from the different varieties of Ore found around the landscape
* Gem shards are rare drops from signiture named villains or creatures
* Polished Gems are crafted by Jewellers
* All other materials needed can be purchaced from a Novice or Expert Weaponcrafter

For low-to-mid characters (level 21 approx)
