Hierarchy of The Neránians

Though Lord Of The Rings Online has the following Kinship hierarchy:

Leader (Kinship Founder) (Rank 3)
Officer (Rank 2)
Member (Rank 1)

The Forum hierarchy of The Neránians works a little differently:

Vorshadir (Leader) (Rank 5)
Elder Neránians (Officer) (Rank 4)
Neránian Officer (Offier) (Rank 3)
The Gray Watch (Member) (Rank 2)
The Green Watch (Member) (Rank 2)
Witness (Recruit) (Rank 1)

When a player joins this site they become a Witness and after they have joined the Kinship in-game and have remained active on this forum for a minimum of 7 days they become a member of either The Gray Watch or The Green Watch. (See 'Green or Gray?')
Witness is also the rank used for temporary or test logins.
